The Ministry of Lands and Mineral Resources (MLMR) continue to provide support in combating the second wave of COVID 19 Pandemic in Fiji.

MLMR staff has been assisting Ministry of Health (MOH) in contact screening, distribution of food rations and data entry to name a few.

A staff from the Valuation Division, Adi Asenaca Manumanutabua, has been assisting the MOH screening team in the Vunidawa subdivision.

Adi Asenaca received briefing (training) at the Vunidawa Hospital before she was engaged with the MOH team to cover the greater Vunidawa subdivision.

Furthermore, she has conducted screening of 2 villagers in the Vunidawa settlement.

Adi Asenaca reports to the District Officer in Vunidawa and is currently carrying out screening at Maseseiraka settlement.

The Ministry would also like to acknowledge the efforts of other officers and civil servants in the frontline assisting MoH and Government in combating this deadly disease.
