THE consent of landowners for extraction of gravel from their traditional fishing grounds has to be sought first before any development application is approved by the Ministry of Lands.
This was the word from permanent secretary for Lands, Tevita Boseiwaqa as landowners continue to complain about companies extracting gravel for roadworks in the Western Division. Read more.
