The Division is responsible for ensuring that well trained staffs are available at all occupational levels of the Department echelon. This will ensure that the Department services and efficient operational and maintained at all times.

It is also responsible for the training and up skilling of the ministry’s human resources to understand the aspirations of Government and to help them understand their roles in nation building.

The Division is also responsible for handling all financial transactions, monitoring and reporting as required by the Ministry of Finance.
