The Division administers state lands in accordance with the State Lands Act. It deals with the land leasing process commencing from the initial receipt of an application through to the preparation and registration of lease and subsequent follow up on the compliance of development clauses of the lease.
The Division also deals with all consents to transfers, mortgages, caveats etc, through the Departments Divisional Offices located in:
